Terms of Service

1. The Subscription

Light & Paper Post offers two subscriptions: the Complete Edition, a physical envelope delivered or collected each month, and the Digital Edition, a downloadable-only edition delivered to your online Digital Library. Both are recurring monthly subscriptions. By subscribing to either, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until you cancel. Each Complete Edition envelope includes a letter, a Bible study, an original illustrated print, and a surprise add-in, and contents may vary slightly from month to month. Every Complete Edition subscription includes full Digital Edition access at no extra charge.

2. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Orders placed by the 19th of the month are prepared for delivery on the 7th of the following month; orders placed after the 19th are prepared for delivery on the 7th of the month after that.

3. Shipping & Collection

This section applies to the Complete Edition only. Delivered subscriptions are shipped via The Courier Guy to the address you provide, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your province. Collection Point subscriptions are prepared for collection at a partner location near you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by incorrect address details provided at signup. The Complete Edition is currently available to South African delivery or collection addresses only; the Digital Edition has no shipping and is available anywhere in the world.

4. Gifting

Subscriptions can be sent to someone else on your behalf. The person purchasing the gift is responsible for billing, and the recipient's personalization details are used only to prepare their envelope.

5. Personalization

Personalization details you share, such as your season of life, are used solely to tailor the contents of your envelope and are never shared outside of Light & Paper Post.

6. Limitation of Liability

Light & Paper Post is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the subscription or this website.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you subscribe, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping or collection details, and any personalization details you choose to share.

2. How We Use It

• To prepare and deliver your monthly envelope
• To process billing for your subscription
• To send you order updates and, if you've opted in, occasional newsletters
• To respond to your questions and support requests

3. Data Sharing

We share only what's necessary with our courier partner to deliver your envelope. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

This website may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

5. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your details, by emailing us at the address below.
